Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a novel which causes disease 2019 (COVID-19). It was first identified amid an outbrake of illness cases in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. COVID-19 reported to the world Health Organisation (WHO) on 31 December and declare as global pandemic 11 March 2020 . Presentation range from asymptomatic or mild symptoms severe death. The most serious complication type pneumonia that’s been called coronavirus-infected (NCIP). presents atypical pneumonia, with diffuse bilateral lung involvement. present injury, distress (ARDS). Rhabdomyolisis can be initial presentation COVID-19, also life-threatening disorder. Rhabdomyolysis breakdown skeletal muscle by releasing it cellular content into systemic circulation. A 73-year-old man admitted our hospital pain, worsening symptoms. On day 5 his oxygen saturation get low, so we started treatment inhalation high flow mask. 14th enzymes increasing. After propriety patient discharged 28.Patient developed rhabdomyolysis because SARS CoV-2 infection there risk developing after using drug for COVID-19. Our previous chronic therapy statins but normal liver enzymes. During hospitalization deteriorated clinical condition increased rhabdomyolysis. findings indicate that rapid recognition positive hydration COVID-19–asociated reduce complications.
